In this role, you'll:
Support the effective management of contracts by assisting with supplier coordination, contract administration, revenue tracking, and performance monitoring to ensure contractual obligations are achieved and financial outcomes are maximised.
Work closely with the Contracts and Revenue Optimisation Lead / Manager, you will help manage project plans, contract milestones, payment schedules, reporting requirements, and supplier performance, while supporting continuous improvement in contract delivery and revenue outcomes.
Assist in monitoring supplier performance, including achievement of revenue targets, asset utilisation rates, and service delivery outcomes.
Manage project plans and track contract milestones, payment schedules, deliverables, and reporting deadlines to support effective contract administration.
Work with leadership to maintain and develop where appropriate dashboards and reporting tools that support contract performance monitoring and decision-making.
Assist with preparation of briefing notes and other documents/ presentations as. required

About you
•Demonstrated experience in contract management, commercial administration, or supplier coordination, ideally within government, infrastructure, or transport environments.
•Strong financial acumen, including experience monitoring budgets, tracking revenue, and analysing performance data.
•Practical understanding of risk management, compliance frameworks, and reporting processes.
•Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across internal teams and external suppliers.
•Ability to manage competing priorities, maintain accurate records, and support operational delivery in a fast-paced environment.
•Tertiary qualifications in business, commerce, finance, or a related discipline, or equivalent demonstrated experience.
