In this role, you'll:
Responsible for managing a portfolio of advertising contracts with accountability for maximising revenue outcomes while maintaining strong, productive relationships with advertising suppliers.
You will support both the commercial and operational aspects of revenue generation across assigned contracts. You will support contract management, supplier coordination and revenue tracking, providing performance oversight to maximise financial and operational outcomes.
Manage assigned advertising contracts with accountability for revenue performance, ensuring suppliers meet contractual obligations such as revenue targets and asset utilisation requirements.
Support revenue optimisation across contracts by monitoring supplier performance and identifying opportunities to improve financial outcomes.
Build and maintain strong working relationships with advertising suppliers and internal stakeholders to support delivery of outcomes.
Attend supplier meetings and site visits as required (typically infrequent and business-driven).

About you
• Demonstrated experience in contract management, commercial administration or supplier coordination, ideally within a government, transport or similarly regulated environment.
•Strong financial acumen, with the ability to monitor budgets, track revenue and analyse performance data to inform decision-making.
•Practical understanding of risk management, compliance frameworks and reporting requirements.
•Well-developed stakeholder engagement and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and sustain effective relationships with suppliers and internal teams.
•Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and deliver outcomes in a commercial environment.
•Clear written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to contribute to reports and performance discussions.
•Tertiary qualifications in business, commerce, finance or a related discipline, or an equivalent combination of relevant experience.
