This is a Revenue Service Center Manager II - SES position in the General Tax Administration Program's, Receivables Management, Field Operations - Collection Process, in the Miami Service Center. The incumbent manages supervisors and customer service staff who recover uncollected, unreported, and unpaid debts, and provides technical tax information and tax registration functions to the public. The incumbent also conducts conferences with taxpayers to resolve complex tax cases, manages the facilities, budget, oversees personnel actions, and ensures compliance with state laws, rules, and Department policies and procedures. Additionally, the incumbent assures a professional setting, image, and safety for all employees to secure an environment conducive to productivity and efficiency.

SALARY: The hiring salary for this position generally will not exceed $7,500.00 monthly/$90,000.00 annually.
