Revenue Operations & Strategy Manager | Full-time
The Role
We are looking for a commercially minded and systems-focused Revenue Operations & Strategy Manager to help make JET Charge’s revenue organisation more effective, scalable and data-led.
This role owns the systems, processes, data and governance that support Sales, Marketing and segment teams to operate with consistency and confidence. You will be responsible for improving the quality of revenue intelligence across JET Charge, including pipeline visibility, forecasting, CRM discipline, deal routing and revenue reporting.
This is an individual contributor role with broad organisational reach. You will work closely with the EGM — Commercial, Wholesale & GTM, as well as Sales, Marketing, Finance and other business leaders, to improve how the revenue engine runs and support key strategic initiatives from concept through to execution.
This role will suit someone who can move between commercial analysis, systems improvement, stakeholder influence and hands-on execution. You will need strong commercial judgement, a structured approach to problem solving, and the ability to turn revenue data and process gaps into practical improvements that last.
