Job Description

JOB TITLE: Revenue Operations Analyst

  • The Revenue Operations Analyst at Argano supports the Revenue Operations function. This position will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of data within the CRM and allied systems such as CPQ, CLM, etc.
  • The successful candidate will play a critical role in supporting the company's revenue processes by conducting data entry, performing data audits, maintaining consistent data quality, and supporting reporting and analytics initiatives. The role also involves contributing to the reporting development lifecycle to enable data-driven decision-making across sales leadership.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Data Entry: Input, update, and maintain accurate records of customer and sales data in the CRM and allied systems.
  • Data Audit: Conduct regular data audits to identify and correct inaccuracies, ensuring the integrity and consistency of CRM data.
  • Quality Assurance: Support the development and implementation of data validation processes to maintain high standards of data quality.
  • Reporting Support:
    • Assist in generating reports and dashboards to support sales and revenue operations insights
    • Support business stakeholders with ad-hoc reporting requests
  • Reporting Development Lifecycle:
    • Assist in requirements gathering, report design, validation, and deployment
    • Ensure consistency and standardization across reports and dashboards
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and customer success, to address data-related issues and optimize workflows.
  • Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of data processes, reporting definitions, and best practices.
  • Ad Hoc Analysis: Assist in basic data analysis and reporting as needed to support business initiatives.

MINIMUM AND/OR PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Data Management, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Technical Skills:
    • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Excel
    • Exposure to reporting and analytics tools such as Microsoft Power BI, Tableau, and Salesforce CRMA (Einstein Analytics) will be preferred
    • Basic understanding of data modeling and reporting concepts
  • Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail in data entry and auditing tasks.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to identify data discrepancies and contribute to solutions.
  • Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
  • Organizational Skills: Excellent time management and organizational skills to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively and contribute to a supportive team culture.

EXPERIENCE:

  • 3–5 years of proven experience as a Revenue Analyst or similar role
  • Exposure to reporting, dashboarding, and analytics support in a RevOps or Sales Operations environment is preferred
