We’re seeking a skilled and driven Revenue Operations Partner II to join our Revenue Operations & Strategy team. In this role, you’ll partner closely with Sales, Marketing, and other go-to-market teams to drive alignment, optimize processes, and support data-driven decision-making. You’ll play a key role in ensuring operational efficiency across the revenue cycle, leveraging insights and systems expertise to enhance forecasting accuracy, workflow consistency, and overall performance.
What You’ll Do
Drive Cross-Functional Alignment: Partner with Sales and Marketing to ensure cohesive strategies and seamless handoffs across the customer journey.
Optimize Processes: Evaluate and improve workflows across sales and marketing operations, identifying opportunities for automation and efficiency gains.
Analyze and Report on Performance: Track and interpret key revenue metrics from lead generation through close, providing actionable recommendations to improve outcomes.
Support Forecasting and Planning: Maintain and enhance forecasting processes to improve accuracy, visibility, and accountability.
Implement and Enforce Best Practices: Help standardize processes and ensure consistent use of tools and data across teams.
System and Tool Management: Support Salesforce CPQ setup and maintenance, including product configuration, pricing rules, and quote templates.
Cross-Team Collaboration: Act as a liaison between departments to enhance communication, resolve bottlenecks, and keep projects on track.
What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
2–4 years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or a related analytical role in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Hands-on experience with Salesforce and a working knowledge of Salesforce CPQ preferred.
Strong analytical and quantitative skills; proficiency in Excel and familiarity with BI tools (SQL and Power BI a plus).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across multiple teams and levels.
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and maintain attention to detail.
A proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement, process optimization, and data integrity.
