To support the continued growth of our business, we are looking for a:

Revenue Operations Manager (m/f)

Your Role: Driving the efficiency of our commercial engine

In this fast-growing environment, Datawords is creating this strategic role at the intersection of Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Customer Success Reporting directly to the Chief Revenue Officer, you will be responsible for optimizing the systems and processes that support our global growth.

As a true performance architect, your responsibilities will include:

  • Sales Strategy & Processes: Define and refine end-to-end sales processes to accelerate sales cycles and conversion rates internationally.
  • Data & Analytics: Build and manage real-time dashboards (HubSpot) to monitor key KPIs (secured revenue, win rates, churn, etc.) and provide predictive analyses for management.
  • CRM & technology stack: Administer and optimize our technology ecosystem, with advanced expertise in HubSpot (automation, data quality, user adoption).
  • Deal Management & Commercial Governance: Manage the deal approval workflow (pricing, margins) in collaboration with legal teams to safeguard the Group’s interests.
  • Sales Enablement & Knowledge Management: Create and centralize sales enablement tools (playbooks, business cases, training) to empower teams and build capabilities.
  • Cross-Functional Alignment: Ensure smooth operations between Growth, Finance, and Delivery teams to guarantee consistent client experience.

Profile Sought:

  • Higher education degree (Business, Marketing, Finance) with 5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations or Sales Ops, ideally in B2B services or SaaS.
  • Expert in CRM platforms, with deep HubSpot knowledge required
  • Strong analytical mindset, able to translate complex data into actionable strategic recommendations.
  • Proven ability to implement process changes with measurable results.
  • Thrives in international, multicultural, high-growth environments
  • Fluent in English (mandatory for this global role); French is a strong asset

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with CPQ tools, AI, or marketing automation.
  • Knowledge of content production, digital, or localization sectors.
  • Comfortable with recurring revenue models.

Terms & Conditions:

  • Contract type: Full-time permanent (CDI)
  • Location: Levallois-Perret, Paris (Metro Line 3 – Anatole France Station)
  • Remote work: Flexible hybrid schedule (2 days per week)
