Our platform combines an AI-first architecture, composable no-code tools, and enterprise-grade governance to help organizations build and scale faster. We are proud to be recognized as a Leader and Strong Performer in multiple Gartner and Forrester reports. In 2025, Creatio was named to Inc.’s Best Workplaces list, recognizing our commitment to employee wellbeing and a strong workplace culture. Who We’re Looking For:We are looking for a data-driven and strategic Revenue Operations professional who will elevate our data governance, optimize lead flows, and strengthen global sales territory strategy while leading a high-performing Data Enrichment team.  Responsibilities:Own the end-to-end data lifecycle;Ensure the highest standards of data accuracy for customer segmentation and lead qualification;Build scalable, structured data processes;Design and manage global sales territories;Ensure balanced opportunity distribution and optimal market coverage;Manage and mentor a Data Enrichment team of 3–5 specialists;Oversee daily operations and support professional development;Refine and improve the lead qualification process;Ensure seamless handoff between Marketing and Sales teams;Act as the internal expert for Data Enrichment tools (e.g., Cognism, ZoomInfo, Lusha, HG Insights);Manage Sales Engagement platforms (e.g., Outreach, Salesloft, Apollo);Drive automation and scale outreach capabilities;Translate complex datasets into actionable insights for leadership;Support global regional growth through data-backed recommendations. Requirements:3+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Marketing Operations with a strong focus on data-driven growth;Deep, hands-on experience with Data Enrichment and Sales Engagement tools;Proven experience managing small teams (3–5 people) in fast-paced environments;Strong understanding of the B2B sales cycle and core marketing principles;Proficiency in Excel and/or BI tools;Passion for building scalable, data-driven processes;Fluent English (written and spoken);Ability to work from our hubs in Ukraine or Poland. What you should expect from us: Growth & Development: Clear career paths, mentorship opportunities, and access to continuous learning to help you reach your full potential.Flexibility & Well-Being: We provide flexible work arrangements and initiatives that empower you to manage your schedule effectively, stay productive, and thrive both personally and professionally.Recognition & Impact: A culture that celebrates achievements, values your ideas, and empowers you to make real contributions from day one.Innovative Culture: Be part of a company that embraces new ideas, modern technologies, and bold thinking to stay ahead of the curve.Benefits & Rewards Package: We provide competitive compensation and benefits designed to support you and your family.
