Job Description

Join us in Revolutionizing Supply Chains

We’re a fast-growing SaaS scale-up on a mission to shape a sustainable future for the food industry. With four years of continuous 100% year-on-year growth, we’re looking for a passionate Revenue Operations Intern to help strengthen our outbound motion and improve the systems behind our go-to-market teams. Join us and shape the future of food sustainability with us.

About Simvia

We are committed to transforming global food supply chains, making them more transparent, sustainable, and safe. Our team is building the world’s largest food and beverage network to empower buyers, retailers, and wholesalers with insights that ensure food safety and sustainability. Together, we are simplifying compliance for a better world and having fun doing it.

As our Revenue Operations Intern, you’ll help power our outbound motion by building high-quality prospect lists and keeping our go-to-market data sharp across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success. Working closely with our Revenue Operation Specialist, you’ll turn messy inputs into clean, targeted outreach lists and help improve the workflows that support pipeline generation.

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys digging into data, spotting patterns, and making systems run smoother. You’ll support list-building workflows end-to-end, from research and enrichment to segmentation and handoff, while helping create repeatable processes with clear, measurable impact.

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Prospecting: Support Business Development by building high-quality, targeted prospect lists that drive meaningful pipeline growth through tools, automation, and occasional manual verification.

  • GTM process support: Help document, streamline, and improve processes across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success, such as lead flow and handovers, under the guidance of RevOps and Sales leadership.

  • Data & reporting: Support KPI tracking across pipeline, conversion, and retention in existing HubSpot dashboards, and progressively take ownership of pulling reports and validating data accuracy.

  • Data hygiene: Support ongoing operational clean-up work in HubSpot, including deduplication, fixing broken properties, removing outdated workflows, and improving naming conventions and documentation.

  • Cross-team collaboration: Work with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance to collect requirements, support rollouts, and help teams adopt tools and processes effectively.

What we’re looking for:

  • Detail-oriented and structured: You enjoy working with tools and data, and care about keeping lists and CRM data accurate and consistent.

  • Curious problem-solver: You like improving workflows, asking “why,” and finding smarter ways to do things.

  • Logic-driven puzzle solver: You enjoy debugging, connecting the dots, and making workflows, automations, and reporting more reliable.

  • Human-centric systems thinker: You care about building processes that are easy for teammates to follow: clear, lightweight, and actually used.

Job requirements:

  • Currently pursuing, or recently completed, a degree in Business, Economics, Data/Analytics, Engineering, or a related field or equivalent practical experience.

  • Intermediate knowledge of Excel, including pivot tables, basic calculations, data cleaning, and basic charts.

  • Strong interest in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Sales, analytics, and/or automation.

  • Strong attention to detail and a structured way of working.

Nice to have:

  • Any exposure to HubSpot or another CRM such as Salesforce.

  • Basic understanding of go-to-market metrics.

  • Familiarity with AI concepts and tools such as agents, prompt engineering, AI workflows, or human-in-the-loop systems.

  • Curiosity about, or experience in, the food & beverage industry.

Benefits of joining Simvia

  • Make an impact: Help shape how AI is used to improve real-world processes in a fast-growing company

  • Grow rapidly with the company: Gain hands-on experience with cutting-edge tools and grow into future opportunities

  • Ownership & autonomy: Take real responsibility and see your solutions implemented across teams

  • Warm & driven people: Join a team that celebrates innovation, with hackathons, team events, monthly Thirsty Thursdays, boat parties, Simvia Dance Event, bootcamps and much more…

  • Inclusive environment: We value diverse perspectives and create a space where everyone can thrive

  • Free lunch & team activities: Daily office lunches and regular team gatherings

  • Flexible work options: Work from our Amsterdam office or partially remotely (minimum 3 days in-office)

  • Amazing office location: Enjoy our central Amsterdam office with rooftop terrace and travel compensation (+10 km)

  • Internship compensation: €500 per month and 25 vacation days (pro-rated)

Duration:

  • Minimum 4 months, up to 6 months depending on availability.

We believe in the strength of diverse perspectives and are committed to creating an inclusive workplace. No matter your background, identity, or beliefs, you are welcome here.
