Job Description
Revenue Operations Intern
Department: Operations
Employment Type: Internship
Location: KSA
Reporting To: Siddhant Gupta
About Tabby:
Tabby is on a mission to give people power over their money. For too long, financial systems have worked for the institutions that built them, not the people using them. Runaway interest, fine print and limited access have left many behind, feeling shut out of a system that wasn't setting them up for success.
We're building a different kind of system—in a complete money app to send, spend and save. One that's clear, flexible and puts people and businesses in control. Founded in 2019, we serve customers and businesses across Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates and Kuwait. Millions of customers and 65,000 global brands, government services and small businesses rely on us today.
What began as a better way to pay at checkout has grown into a financial system working the way it should have all along.
About the role:
The Revenue Operations Intern is an analytical, hands-on role supporting the systems and processes that power revenue growth across the full customer lifecycle from lead to close to retention and expansion. You will work alongside our Business Development, Account Management, Finance, and RevOps teams, helping turn raw commercial data into clear insights that leadership can act on.
This is a role for someone who loves working with numbers, is fluent in spreadsheets, and gets excited about finding smarter, faster ways to get things done, including with AI. You will learn how a modern revenue engine runs from the inside, take real ownership of meaningful projects, and see the direct impact of your work on how the business measures and improves commercial performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain spreadsheets, trackers, and dashboards that report on pipeline, conversion, merchant onboarding, retention, and expansion.
- Pull, clean, and structure data from the CRM and other tools, and turn it into clear, accurate summaries for the team.
- Support weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting cycles, helping ensure numbers are consistent, timely, and easy to understand.
- Dig into the data to spot trends, anomalies, and opportunities, and share what you find with the RevOps team.
- Help document and improve go-to-market processes, playbooks, and SOPs across Business Development and Account Management.
- Support lead allocation, routing, and pipeline hygiene, flagging gaps and inconsistencies as they come up.
- Assist with recurring operational tasks and one-off projects that keep the commercial teams running smoothly.
- Help keep CRM data clean and reliable through regular audits, updates, and quality checks.
- Support the rollout and adoption of tools and workflows across the commercial teams.
- Learn how the revenue tech stack fits together and contribute ideas for making it work better.
- Look for repetitive, manual tasks that could be automated or streamlined, and prototype solutions using spreadsheets, scripts, or AI tools.
- Bring an experimental mindset: test new AI-powered ways to speed up reporting, analysis, and everyday operations, and share what works with the team.
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
- Fresh graduate or recently completed a degree in a quantitative or analytical field (e.g. Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Finance, Computer Science, or similar).
- Excellent Excel / Google Sheets skills: comfortable with formulas, pivot tables, lookups, and cleaning and structuring messy data.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a natural instinct for working with numbers and spotting what the data is telling you.
- Has built something cool with AI: a project, tool, automation, model, or experiment that shows curiosity and initiative. Please share it when you apply.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and reliable, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and hit deadlines.
- Clear communicator who can turn analysis into a simple, honest story.
- Proactive, eager to learn, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
Nice to have:
- Familiarity with SQL, Python, or BI tools (Looker, Tableau, Metabase, or similar).
- Hands-on experience with a CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive, or equivalent).
- Interest in fintech, payments, BNPL, lending, or marketplace business models.
- Experience automating workflows or building with no-code / low-code and AI tools.
Job Benefits
- Real ownership of meaningful projects with visible impact on the business.
- A close-up view of how a modern revenue operation runs across BD, AM, Finance, and Product.
- Mentorship from an experienced RevOps team and hands-on experience with industry-standard tools.
- Room to experiment with AI and automation and to bring your own ideas to the table.
