Job Description

The Revenue Operations Associate will play a hands-on role supporting the Private Equity (PE) practice by maintaining up-to-date information on its sales opportunities in Salesforce (a leading Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform) and active projects in Kantata (a leading Professional Services Automation (PSA) platform). This role will partner with and support PE practice leaders to ensure that project and sales opportunity data is current and accurate, enabling more informed business decisions while providing the firm with better visibility, data integrity, and reporting into the health of the PE Sales Channel. This role will interface with key stakeholders across the organization, including RevOps, Staffing, IT, FP&A, the Business Manager team, and PE practice leadership, while working hands-on in Salesforce and Kantata. This is an ideal opportunity for someone with an AI-forward process improvement mindset who enjoys hands-on data management/administration, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is eager to build expertise in CRM and PSA systems while supporting senior leaders.

What You'll Do:

Salesforce & Kantata Data Management and Input

  • Obtain updates from leaders in the Private Equity practice on sales opportunities and projects, including new client accounts, project opportunities, pipeline stage, active projects, staffing assignments, utilization allocations, and project extensions.
  • Update the applicable data fields in Salesforce and Kantata to ensure that the sales opportunities and projects are accurate, complete, and timely.
  • Salesforce Data Management & Hygiene

    • Perform regular data quality checks, audits, and cleanups to ensure downstream reporting accuracy.
    • Support system enhancements by assisting with testing, validation, and documentation.
    • Business Process Improvement

      • Identify recurring user issues or patterns and partner with the IT Team and senior RevOps team members on scalable solutions and improvements specific to the PE practice.
      • Provide timely, thoughtful support to PE practice users, including troubleshooting issues, answering questions, and resolving data or access-related requests.
      • Develop scalable and repeatable processes to ensure pipeline and project data is kept up to date as the practice continues to grow and scale.
      • Surface trends, gaps, and data issues to the broader RevOps, IT, FP&A, and Staffing teams as well as to the leadership of the Private Equity practice.
      • Collaboration & Development

        • Work collaboratively with key stakeholders across the business to ensure the Private Equity practice pipeline and project data are kept timely and up to date.
        • Contribute to developing and implementing firm-approved, AI-enabled solutions for clients, in accordance with company policies on data protection, intellectual property, and professional standards.
        • Stay informed about emerging AI tools and techniques and collaborate with firm leadership to identify compliant opportunities to enhance client solutions and internal processes.

What You'll Bring:

  • Technological proficiency and an enjoyment of providing hands-on data management and data administration.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy and timeliness.
  • Interest in Salesforce, Kantata, CRM systems, PSA systems, AI-driven technology enablement, and revenue operations technology; prior Salesforce and PSA exposure is a plus.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills, with a service-oriented mindset.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills with an interest in process improvement.
  • Ability to manage multiple requests and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Eagerness to learn and grow within a Salesforce-heavy RevOps function of an AI-forward organization.
  • Comfort with AI: Demonstrated ability to responsibly explore and adopt firm-approved AI tools to enhance productivity and innovation.
  • Continuous Learning Mindset: Openness to learning and applying emerging technologies including AI and automation in alignment with firm policies and client standards.
  • Willingness to work Eastern Standard Time (ET).

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, analytics, information systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
