We’re now looking for a Revenue Operations Analyst to join our Sales Operations team. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career to gain hands-on experience with commercial data, reporting, and forecasting in a global B2B technology company.
In this role, you’ll help ensure the quality and reliability of the data that underpins our reporting and decision-making. You’ll work closely with Sales, Finance, and leadership, contributing to dashboards, analysis, and forecasting processes, with strong mentorship and clear development opportunities.
Core responsibilities:
Own data quality:
Ensure revenue, pipeline, and bookings data in Salesforce and Power BI is accurate, consistent, and reliable
Build and maintain reporting:
Develop dashboards and recurring reports that provide clear, real-time insights for Sales, Finance, and leadership
Turn data into insight:
Highlight trends, variances, and key drivers to support better decision-making
Support forecasting and budgeting:
Prepare data, validate assumptions, and contribute to forecasting and reforecasting cycles
Support business needs:
Assist with ad hoc analysis and reporting, including inputs for leadership and board-level materials
Responsibilities you can grow into:
Ownership of forecasting models and scenario analysis
Contribution to pricing and commercial reporting frameworks
Exposure to and involvement in our evolving data stack (Salesforce → Snowflake → Power BI)
A broader role within Revenue Analytics, FP&A, or Commercial Analytics
What you bring:
Experience in analytics, reporting, finance, or a related field - or a strong academic background in a quantitative discipline
Solid Excel skills and comfort working with structured data
Exposure to Power BI (or similar tools) or motivation to develop in this area
Strong attention to detail and a natural instinct for identifying inconsistencies
Clear communication skills, able to explain data in a simple and structured way
Nice to have experience:
Exposure to CRM data, ideally Salesforce (pipeline, bookings, opportunities)
Familiarity with SQL or Power Query
Experience from a B2B technology, SaaS, or hardware business
Experience in a scale-up environment where processes are still being built
Interest in the media, broadcast or live production industry
