Job Description

Phocas is growing fast, from $70M toward $250M ARR, and our post-sales engine needs to keep up.

We’re looking for a Revenue Operations Analyst to help sharpen how we track, manage and improve retention, expansion and delivery across Customer Success, Account Management, Professional Services and Support.

This is a hands-on role at the intersection of data, systems and commercial performance. You’ll work closely with GTM leaders to bring clarity to metrics, improve processes and make it easier for teams to do great work.

What you'll be doing

  • Creating a clear 360° view of the customer across CS, AM, PS and Support.
  • Improving visibility into retention, expansion, utilisation and delivery performance.
  • Supporting expansion forecasting and performance tracking.
  • Strengthening services forecasting and on-time delivery reporting.
  • Spotting operational friction and designing practical improvements.
  • Helping optimise the post-sales tech stack and how teams use it.
  • Turning data into insights that drive action.

What Good Looks Like

  • Stronger retention and expansion performance.
  • Reporting leaders actually trust and use.
  • More predictable services delivery.
  • Systems that feel connected and scalable.

What you'll Bring

You might come from Revenue Operations, Sales or CS Operations, Business or Commercial Analysis, Finance partnering with GTM, Professional Services Operations, or another data-heavy operational role in a SaaS or technology environment. You’re someone who:

  • Is analytical and systems oriented, but commercially aware.
  • Enjoys digging into messy data and turning it into clarity.
  • Is comfortable working in CRM and adjacent systems, and curious about how tools connect.
  • Can work cross functionally and influence without formal authority.
  • Has a growth mindset and bias for action. You don’t wait for perfect, you improve what exists.

This role offers real visibility across the business and the opportunity to shape how we scale our post-sales motion.

If you enjoy improving how things work, making data meaningful, and helping teams perform at their best, we’d love to hear from you.

Why Phocas?

We know that fun is different for everyone. So, if you want to try out innovative approaches to sales, lead a project, save the planet, or spend more time with your favourite people outside work, you’ll have our full support.

As long as you’re doing what brings you joy, the rest falls into place. Think less stress, higher performance, more energy and all-round nicer human. Your friends and family will be delighted.

Create your happy place.
