Job Description

About Charta Health
In an industry where the focus should rightly be on delivering quality care to patients, healthcare providers remain burdened by the complexities of non-clinical operations. Charta is changing that.
We're building the operating system for modern healthcare organizations. Our AI platform streamlines critical workflows across revenue cycle, clinical operations, and administrative functions, helping providers and payers operate more efficiently and deliver better patient care. Backed by Bain Capital Ventures, Charta is on a mission to make every healthcare dollar accountable and every chart accurate, reimagining healthcare infrastructure from the ground up.
About the Opportunity
At Charta, we prioritize results compared to methods used to achieve those results. As a Sales Operations Analyst, you will be a key part of our growing Revenue Operations team, which owns strategy and programs across all GTM functions. You will work cross-functionally across multiple functions including sales, marketing, finance, and product to help scale our growing sales teams in all things reporting, systems, and processes.
You will primarily focus on partnering with our Sales leadership team to help standardize internal sales processes, sales reporting, forecast and operating cadence, and our month-end close process designed to provide insights into the team’s achievement of goal, month over month.
You'd be a great fit, if you have:
  • 3+ years of experience in field operations, similar experience in analytical/strategy roles within a growing go-to-market organization, or a finance/consulting background.
  • Quantitative Skills; Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience using multiple data sources and enriching data to complete analyses.
  • Experience working with management and leadership teams to provide actionable insights.
  • Adept analyst skills with a strong ability to bring together disparate data sources to drive meaningful analysis.
  • Ability to execute at a strategic level as well as dig into the details and lead projects from conception to completion.
  • Crisp written communication and verbal communication skills; ability to highlight and collaborate on areas for improvement.
  • Self-motivated, creative, results-driven, solution-oriented, and driven to succeed.
  • A BA/BS degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or other related fields.
  • A willingness to come onsite 5 days a week at the Charta Health Headquarters in San Francisco, CA (preferred)

What We Offer:
  • Competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, life insurance, and more
  • Team dinners and snacks in the office to keep you at your best
  • Growth opportunities in a fast-paced, innovative tech startup
  • Ongoing professional development and access to cutting-edge AI and healthcare tools
  • Wellness & learning stipends so you can invest in both your health and personal growth
  • Lively in-person (5 days per week) work culture at our headquarters in downtown San Francisco
  • $90,000-125,000 base and $105,000-140,000 USD OTE, based on experience + equity + benefits

About Charta Health

Charta Health is an AI-powered platform transforming how healthcare organizations audit patient charts and documentation at scale.

Charta performs a fully autonomous pre-bill review of every patient chart, integrating with existing EHR systems. This comprehensive review identifies missed coding opportunities, ensuring accurate reimbursement, and flags potential errors or compliance risks to prevent claim denials and costly clawbacks before submission. By achieving 100% audit coverage at a fraction of the cost of manual processes, Charta Health helps healthcare organizations significantly improve revenue integrity, reduce administrative overhead, and ensure adherence to payer and regulatory standards, ultimately allowing clinicians to focus more on patient care.
