About the role
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Revenue Intern to join our Team at Four Seasons Hotel Firenze. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in luxury hospitality, supporting the Revenue Management team in driving business performance and delivering exceptional commercial results.

What you will do

• Support the Revenue team in maximizing hotel performance through data analysis, reporting, and market insights.
• Assist in monitoring room rates, occupancy levels, and competitor activity to support pricing and positioning strategies.
• Contribute to the preparation of daily, weekly, and monthly reports, forecasts, and presentations.
• Analyze booking pace, demand trends, and historical data to identify opportunities for revenue growth.
• Support inventory and rate management across distribution channels, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
• Monitor market trends and competitor benchmarks to provide actionable insights.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to ongoing projects and strategic initiatives.

What you bring

Previous education in Hospitality Management, Business, Economics, or a related field.

Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and a passion for numbers.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Fluency in English (written and spoken).

Schedule & Hours:

• 6 months internship based in Florence. Successful candidates must hold legal authorization to work in Italy at the time of application.
