Job Description

What does this job entail?

You will support the organization to make decisions on how to maximize the revenue potential.

Besides that, the main responsibilities are:

  • Work closely with other functions to influence decision making across the business

  • Improve RGM knowledge & capabilities roadmap within the business unit

  • Business partnering to sales teams during negotiations using profit pool analysis by customer

  • Lead, motivate and develop indirect teams to higher strategic and proactive level to achieve KPIs

  • Work closely with RGM Center of Excellence

  • Lead the RGM process and levers between:

    • PROMO EFFICIENCY: Support sales and category planning in monthly rhythm with insightful financial analysis promo ROI. Focus on both short term and long term action plans in order to maximize the impact of promotions on both revenue and market share as well as drive efficiencies.

    • PRICE: Lead/support decision making by detailed pricing elasticity assessment during commercial planning process, help to sales and marketing teams to identify the need for further Consumer insights analytics.

    • TRADE FUNDS OPTIMIZATION: Provide insightful recommendations to sales in order to maximize ROI, drive conditionality and avoid inefficient spend

    • ACTIVE MIX: Support commercial planning process/forecasting which targets the most profitable mix of brands, packs and channels for customers and Mondelēz. Combining pricing and MSL into a full commercial execution plan that maximizes the growth opportunity.

    • TOOLS & CAPABILITIES: Leverage utilization of current local/global tools related to all RGM levers, ensure teams capabilities by training them to exploit maximum potential out of them. Keep seeking and building powerful and valuable tools that save time and effort cross-business and avoiding duplicities.

  • Experience in a fast-moving consumer goods industry with experience working in Revenue Growth Management

  • Project management in a supply chain or commercial context
