Job Purpose

The Revenue Growth Management (RGM) Data & Analytics Manager will be one of the lead operational management, maintenance and continuous improvement of the commercial analytics environment supporting RevIQ and other RGM capabilities. This role is responsible for ensuring the reliability, quality and sustainability of RGM commercial data, analytical solutions and reporting tools while driving automation and integration across the commercial technology ecosystem.

Reporting to the Director of Revenue Growth Management and with one analyst reporting directly to this role, this person will partner closely with Commercial, IT and external vendors to ensure RevIQ operates efficiently, delivers trusted business insights and continues to evolve through operational excellence and scalable data solutions. The role will also support the implementation and validation of future RevIQ capabilities and enhancements led by the Director.

Responsibility

  • Lead the commercial data operational support, maintenance and continuous improvement of the RevIQ commercial analytics platform
  • Own the commercial data environment, ensuring data quality, governance, reliability and timely resolution of data issues.
  • Lead the development and maintenance of dashboards, analytical solutions and reporting that provide actionable business insights.
  • Identify and implement automation and system integration opportunities that improve commercial processes and reduce manual work.
  • Partner with Commercial, IT and external vendors to support system enhancements, testing and successful deployment of new capabilities.
  • Standardize reporting methodologies and analytics across Divisions to ensure consistency and scalability.
  • Train, develop and coach analyst-level employee while ensuring the quality and accuracy of team deliverables.
  • Strong collaboration skills with the ability to navigate and influence across the organization.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Technology or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in analytics, business intelligence or Revenue Growth Management within a CPG/FMCG environment.
  • Experience supporting commercial analytics platforms, Trade Promotion Optimization (TPO) solutions or Revenue Growth Management ecosystems.
  • Experience with syndicated data sources such as NielsenIQ, (IRI) or Dunnhumby.
  • Strong proficiency with Power BI, SQL and Excel
  • Strong knowledge of commercial data management, data governance, reporting best practices.
  • Strong analytical, project management and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights.
  • Proven ability to lead teams, manage cross-functional initiatives and drive continuous improvement.

Compensation:

As part of our commitment to fairness, trust, and transparency and our ambition to be an Employer of Choice, the base salary range for this position is: $99,100.00–$123,900.00 .

Please note: Along with a comprehensive Total Rewards package, your actual base salary will be fair, competitive, and be based on your skills, experience, and qualifications.
