Want to join a fast-moving company and work among convivial teams? Pernod Ricard is looking for its next Revenue Growth Management Apprentice, starting in September 2026. At Pernod Ricard RGM focuses on optimizing pricing, promotions, product mix, and trade terms to drive sustainable and profitable growth. In this role, you’ll help accelerate the deployment of world-class tools, processes and mindset to elevate Group capabilities to make data‑driven commercial decisions. You will be working closely with the Global Revenue Growth Excellence Manager as part of the Commercial Excellence team based at The Island, our office in the heart of Paris. We have 2 roles available for this offer.

Your key missions:

I. Support the RGM Capability Development

· Gather and synthesize market RGM maturity inputs, benchmarks and best practices that feed into the RGM maturity roadmap

· Coordinate interactions between transformation teams, markets, and program owners by preparing pre-reads, capturing decisions, and ensuring smooth communication that keeps priorities aligned

· Support the identification and draft structured implementation roadmaps for RGM tools and processes

II. Support the RGM digital tools development

· Contribute to the development of RGM tools focused on Pricing, Promotion and Trade Terms optimization

· Support tracking and reporting the adoption, adherence and financial KPIs of the Markets worldwide

· Help on answering specific needs from the Markets

· Support the development of strong business cases by conducting complex data analysis of pricing & promotion performance, collecting best practices and documentation with the Global and Market teams

III. Support Trade Terms Optimization Initiatives

· Prepare analytical groundwork by compiling trade investment data and producing preliminary dashboards that help markets visualize inefficiencies and opportunities in trade terms management

· Facilitate market collaboration by coordinating meetings, capturing insights, and tracking progress on trade terms optimization actions, ensuring markets stay aligned with guidance from RGM Excellence teams

IV. Drive and enhance the RGM community

· Organize the community meetings & rituals

· Assist in collecting meeting’s agenda and minutes

· Support in building and sharing the best practices across multiple project teams

· You have an ongoing master's degree in business management

· You are results driven, with proven excellent analytical skills, critical thinking, problem solving, attention to detail, challenger of the status quo

· You have good communication skills adapting to different functions and levels

· You have excellent reporting skills – meetings minutes and summaries

· You are fluent in English – other languages are a bonus

· You ideally have previous experience in Business Analytics/Project Management/ Data Management/ Data Analytics in FMCG/Retail
