At Novakid, we are on a mission to build the world’s best online education platform for children. With over 100,000 students and 4,500 teachers, Novakid is already one of the most popular language learning platforms for children aged 4–12 across Europe and Asia.

Novakid is looking for a strong commercial leader to grow revenue from our existing customer base.

The immediate challenge is to build a scalable cross-sell and upsell engine for additional courses, products and services.

What you will own

• Cross-sell and upsell revenue
• CRM campaigns, segmentation and lifecycle monetization
• Add-on sales through the Parent Area and other customer touchpoints
• Offer, bundle, pricing and promotion experiments
• Collaboration with Product to improve purchase journeys and conversion
• Collaboration with Content to adapt or create products customers are willing to buy
• Sales processes supporting monetization opportunities
• Revenue, conversion, ARPU and experiment performance

Requirements

Who we are looking for

Someone who:

• Has successfully grown upsell, cross-sell or existing-customer revenue
• Thinks commercially: revenue, funnel, conversion, ARPU
• Is strong in CRM and lifecycle monetization
• Can work effectively with Product, Content and Sales
• Tests quickly, measures results and scales what works
• Has strong leadership potential and can build teams and processes
