Job Purpose

One of our transformational initiatives for 2026 is the re-deployment of Promo Management approach across the Southern European cluster, enabling the tools, governance and new ways of working. This role is a 12-month project-based assignment supporting the deployment, stabilization, and adoption of new Promo Management capabilities. The project role will act as the central point of expertise for Promo processes and systems during the transition period, providing hands-on support to RGM and Sales teams to secure operational continuity and effective onboarding into the new model, analyzing and developing gradually the way we manage promo growth and return on investment.

What will be your key responsibilities?

  • Support the successful deployment and stabilization of the 2026 Promo Management transformation across the Southern European cluster during the transition and aftercare period.

  • Serve as the temporary subject matter expert for Promo processes and TPM tools, enabling effective onboarding and adoption among RGM and Sales/KAM teams during the project lifecycle.

  • Coordinate and facilitate periodic promotional plan review cycles with KAMs for SCM customers to ensure alignment with project governance standards and transition objectives.

  • Drive completeness, accuracy, and compliance of TPM inputs (volume, budget, ROI, NSV) to support DMR discussions, reporting consistency, and decision-making throughout the implementation phase.

  • Monitor promotional event performance during the stabilization period and recommend rapid optimization actions, particularly for underperforming initiatives and ROI improvement opportunities.

  • Monitor execution through promotional leaflets to ensure in-market visibility (based on Focus reports)

  • Identify, and implement process improvement actions arising from project learnings, user feedback, and adoption challenges in collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders.

  • Review WoW and TPE processes one year post-launch to ensure sustainability and future readiness

  • Design and pilot a “light” Promo Governance model in Italy, including review routines and compliance principles, as a preparatory framework for future transformation initiatives and long-term business handover.

What are we looking for?

  • Student currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.

  • A collaborative, fast learner with a strong analytical and data-driven mindset.

  • A background in Marketing or Finance is considered an advantage.

  • Proficiency in Excel; knowledge of Power BI is a plus.

  • Strong command of the English language is required.
