🚀 We’re on a mission to make real estate transactions smarter, faster, and friction-free.
🏢 Real estate is the world’s largest asset class, yet the legal processes and tools behind it remain slow, manual, and underinvested. Lawyers must review dense documents line by line and piece together information across silos, all while clients demand faster, more transparent due diligence.
🤖 That's where we come in. Orbital Copilot is the AI assistant built exclusively for commercial real estate law. Developed with former practicing real estate lawyers, it accelerates complex due diligence by up to 70% while delivering legal-grade precision.
💰 We’ve just raised a $60m Series B to accelerate our UK/US expansion.
🤝 We're trusted by leading firms like Goodwin and BCLP to remove the busywork so legal teams can focus on what they do best: applying sharp legal judgment, delivering standout client service, and getting deals over the line faster.
đź’ˇ Working at Orbital means joining a team that's reimagining how real estate transactions get done - moving fast, working collaboratively, and giving people the ownership to make a real impact from day one.
Orbital builds AI-native software for the real estate industry. We began as the copilot for real estate lawyers and are now expanding into a broader hub for real estate transactions moving beyond law firms to serve the wider real estate ecosystem, including corporate owner-operators. We are post-Series B, growing fast, and building the revenue engine to match a much larger market.
You will own how our revenue team sells: the methodology, the skills, the onboarding that gets new reps productive, and the coaching systems that keep the whole team improving. You will partner closely with our product-and-domain enablement lead- who owns the product story and the real estate legal depth; you own the craft of selling it. Together you cover the full enablement charter, but this role is the home for everything that travels across products and segments: qualification, discovery, demo delivery, negotiation, ramp, certification, and the analytics that tell us what is working.
This is a hands-on, build-it role in a lean environment. You will design programs and also stand up and run them including live facilitation and you will be measured on whether reps get better and ramp faster, not on how many assets you produce.
Onboarding and ramp. Design and run the AE and BDR onboarding program end to end, from pre-start through the first 90 days, with clear milestones, readiness checks, and certification. Own the ramp-time target and the plan to hit it.
Methodology and selling skills. Own MEDDPICC as our qualification standard and the core skills that sit around it - discovery, demo delivery mechanics, business-case and pricing conversations, negotiation, and closing. Make the playbook something reps actually apply in live deals, not a document that sits in Notion.
Certification and role-play operating system. Stand up and run the certification and practice engine - including our AI role-play (Yoodli) and conversation-intelligence (Aurasell) tooling- so practice and assessment are continuous rather than one-off.
Manager enablement and coaching. Build the frontline-manager toolkit: coaching frameworks, deal-review structure, scorecards, and the analytics habits that move managers from gut-led to data-led. Enable managers ahead of their teams on every major rollout.
Everboarding and reinforcement. Own the continuous-enablement cadence, the recurring sessions, reinforcement, and field-feedback loop that keep skills sharp after onboarding ends.
Analytics and impact. Own the ramp, conversion, and win/loss analysis that shapes enablement priorities, and report progress to sales leadership in numbers, not activity.
New Account Executives consistently meet their onboarding targets.
Revenue leaders are equipped to coach their teams effectively and take a data-driven approach to enablement
Revenue team members execute on Orbital’s sales methodology & playbook at a world-class level
A certification pass rate above 90% on core motions, and a manager cohort that runs consistent, data-informed deal reviews.
You'll report to the CRO and partner day to day with the product-and-domain enablement lead (your peer), the Sales Director and frontline managers, the BDR Director, RevOps, the LSA team, and Customer Success. You'll have a direct line to leadership on quarterly planning and priorities.
4+ years in sales enablement, sales training, or revenue enablement at a B2B SaaS company, ideally through a period of scaling or a new-segment expansion.
Deep, practical command of a modern sales methodology (MEDDPICC or equivalent) and the ability to teach it so it sticks — you can run a live session that a new AE remembers, not just design one.
A track record of building onboarding and ramp programs that measurably shortened time-to-productivity.
Genuine analytical rigor: comfortable in the data, able to form hypotheses from ramp and conversion metrics and prove impact.
Credibility with frontline sales managers - you can coach the coaches.
AI fluency, demonstrated by what you've built. We expect you to actively use AI to build enablement — structuring content into learning paths, generating practice scenarios, analysing call data. Tell us what you've actually shipped, not which tools you've tried.
The temperament for a lean, fast-moving environment: you originate and run programs yourself, without waiting for mature infrastructure or a team beneath you.
Exposure to complex, technical, or regulated sales cycles (legal, proptech, fintech, or similar).
Experience selling or enabling a multi-product or platform transition.
Familiarity with conversation-intelligence and AI role-play tooling.
