Primary
Position Purpose:
The Revenue Data Coordinator manages and maintains
the cloud tariff system by publishing customer awards with accuracy. This role
supports the commercial organization’s growth efforts by executing assigned
projects, maintaining accurate data, and aiding Revenue Management, Rating, and
Problem Resolution functions, the contractual rate review process, publication
of awarded business, and review of existing business to ensure negotiated lane
rates are being invoiced correctly.

Position
Functions:
Publish rates by compiling and auditing customer formatted rate schedules compared to company schedules, ensuring lanes and prices match prior to final publication and submission to Auto-Rating Department.
Manage cloud tariff system with relevant commitment updates and expirations.
Ensure fully executed copies of negotiated rate schedules and addendums are completed and stored in CRM database for reference.
Review and work Prebill Exception report which lists invoices billed using standard FAK rate matrix.
Work with Collections and Problem Resolution departments to identify and correct any rating/pricing errors made to ensure future invoices are processed accurately.
Work with Pricing Analysts and Sales Representatives to evaluate lanes being shipped that fall outside of negotiated lanes priced for specific customers. Determine if rate discrepancies are a result of county qualifiers, nearby locations, or spot quote occurrences. If lanes will be run frequently, work with Sales and customers to publish negotiated rates.
Work with Pricing Analysts and Sales Representatives to ensure annual customer rate review processing is completed timely and accurately. Customer rate schedules may need to be expired and accounts closed due to inactivity. Additionally, updates to existing rate schedules will need to be made as newly negotiated prices are approved.

What We’re Looking For:

Education
High school diploma or GED equivalent required
Bachelor’s degree in Transportation/Logistics, Business/Sales & Market, or Communication preferred

Experience
2+ years of
Operations, Customer Service, and/or Sales & Marketing experience or equivalent number of years in transportation
experience required
Experience with
AS400, Microsoft Office, and various web-based applications/tools
preferred
Transportation, Logistics, and/or Tech industry experience a plus

Skills & Abilities
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Multi-tasking and self-prioritization skills
Ability to operate in a team environment
Adept at assessing organizational dynamics and managing change
Works quickly and efficiently. Able to test solutions, learn, and iterate quickly
