A Brief Overview
We’re seeking a passionate and people-focused Revenue Cycle Trainer to join our Business Services Training Team. Your work will play a vital role in ensuring competency across the organization and supporting enterprise-wide learning initiatives.
You’ll collaborate closely with enterprise leadership to align training with strategic goals, and you’ll use quality data—primarily from EPIC and other sources—to identify process improvements and learning opportunities. The ideal candidate is not only skilled in data analysis but also a trusted advisor who builds strong relationships and brings a consultative approach to training.
Schedule & Flexibility:
This is a day-shift position, with start times between 7:00 and 9:00 AM. A consistent schedule is expected, though flexibility is important as training may be delivered both virtually and onsite.
