
Baptist Health is looking for a Revenue Cycle Specialist to join our team in Madisonville, KY
The Revenue Cycle Specialist will be responsible for the development and maintenance of accurate reimbursement models for both hospital and physician services in support of managed care negotiations, payment auditing, denial management, and financial profitability forecasting.
A minimum BS or equivalent degree in Finance, Management, Information Technology, Statistics or related field. Knowledge and experience with Revenue Cycle and BI/Analytics tools such as payment modeling, auditing and denial management. A minimum of 3 years’ experience in Revenue Cycle operations and/or Revenue Cycle analytics in a multi-dimensional healthcare environment is required.
