Job Description

Revenue Cycle Manager - Ageless Men's Health

Location: Las Vegas 89129

Schedule: Monday–Friday
Job Type: Full-Time
Pay: $85,000 annually

With more than 90 clinics nationwide and a rapidly growing patient base, Ageless Men's Health is seeking an experienced Revenue Cycle Manager to own the financial and operational processes that keep our clinics running smoothly across a multi-state region.

At Ageless, we specialize in medically managed testosterone replacement therapy (TRT), weight management, skin care, and concierge medicine, helping men look better, feel better, and live better through proactive, personalized care.
This is a hands-on, execution-focused role for someone who thrives on precision and volume. You'll direct the day-to-day work of our Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) team, manage financial reconciliation across every location, and serve as the go-to resource for clinics navigating billing, payment, and system questions.

What You'll Do
  • Direct the day-to-day work of the Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) team, providing training, support, and escalation resolution
  • Monitor daily revenue cycle activity across all locations, including remittance review, unbilled transaction queues, and account discrepancy research
  • Manage refunds, credit balances, payment applications, and financial corrections, validating eligibility and maintaining account accuracy across all locations
  • Respond to and resolve billing inquiries, system-access requests, and a high volume of related email communication from clinical staff, providers, and clinic leadership
  • Process new user setup, modifications, deactivations, and permission troubleshooting in Azalea and Phreesia
  • Compile and distribute the weekly reporting package (approximately eight operational dashboards) and attend weekly census and business operations review calls
  • Validate unpaid balance, self-pay, and mixed-encounter reporting across all locations, researching and resolving discrepancies
  • Track chart completion, claim rejections and denials, VOB accuracy, and lead tracker compliance across all markets, identifying trends and driving corrective action
  • Reconcile cash logs and bank reports, investigating and documenting variances
  • Prepare bi-weekly headcount reporting and monthly productivity, aging, and unpaid balance reporting for all markets
  • Lead month-end close activities, including financial reconciliation, reporting validation, and worked-balance accountability tracking
  • Create and standardize SOPs and workflows, identify operational gaps, and host training on revenue cycle processes, documentation standards, and system usage
Our Ideal Candidate
You're a detail-oriented, deadline-driven operations professional who thrives on volume and precision. You're comfortable holding a dozen open threads at once, moving fluidly between financial reconciliation, reporting, and clinic support without losing accuracy.
You're a great fit if you are:
  • Highly organized and comfortable managing overlapping daily, weekly, and monthly deadlines
  • Sound in judgment, researching and resolving financial discrepancies independently
  • Strong in reporting and spreadsheet skills, with the ability to compile and validate recurring operational dashboards
  • Comfortable directing and coaching a team's day-to-day work, including coordination with outsourced billing partners
  • A clear, responsive communicator who can manage high email volume across many stakeholders
  • Process-minded, with experience building or improving SOPs and workflows
  • Knowledgeable in healthcare revenue cycle management and financial reconciliation practices
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in healthcare revenue cycle management, medical billing, or financial operations
  • Experience with EMR/practice management systems; Azalea and/or Phreesia experience strongly preferred
  • Demonstrated experience reconciling payments, refunds, and credit balances across multiple accounts or locations
  • Experience directing a team's work or coordinating with outsourced RCM/billing partners
  • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Finance, or related field preferred, or equivalent experience
