Rural Staffing Services is partnering with Jefferson Healthcare to recruit a Revenue Cycle Integrity Analyst who will play a critical role in ensuring accurate coding, compliant documentation, and optimized revenue capture across the organization.

In this role, you will help prevent revenue leakage, strengthen compliance, and improve processes that impact the entire organization.
Support accurate coding and clinical documentation
Analyze denials and identify root causes
Partner with clinical teams, coding professionals, and leadership
Strengthen processes that improve efficiency and compliance
Monitor trends and recommend improvements
Help ensure regulatory and documentation standards are met
Serve as a resource across departments for revenue cycle integrity
High school diploma or GED required
Bachelor's degree preferred
Two years of experience in CPT/diagnosis coding or related revenue cycle functions preferred
Understanding of ancillary department operations
Knowledge of medical terminology
CPC or CCS certification preferred
Epic experience preferred
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
Ability to collaborate and communicate across teams
