Job Category: FinanceComunilife Inc. is looking for an experience Non-profit Finance professional to join its team. Under the supervision of the VP of FPNA, the Revenue Cycle & Financial Analyst is responsible for fee-for-service program billing and reporting, serving as a liaison between Comunilife and external partners and networks regarding all fiscal matters, preparing variety of financial reports, analysis and reconciliations, assisting on other financial planning and analysis works as needed, and also assisting on  government contracts and other grants billing and budgeting and reporting. Requires working  closely with other FPNA team members. Requires frequent interaction with other finance team and other departments and senior management. This position is eligible for a generous benefit package including health insurance, dental, vision, dependent care, paid time off including 4 weeks of vacation starting in the first year, 401(k), tuition assistance program and more.

Essential Duties:
1) Prepares and submits fee-for-service program invoices to service partners and networks, work with external counter parties on invoice revision, approval and payment collections as needed
2) Keeps track of fee-for-service program billing and collections; reconciles related accounts receivables, prepares aging and collections analysis reports
3) Serves as a liaison with external partners and networks regarding all fiscal matters under the supervision of VP of FPNA
4) Works with Finance team to ensure proper recording of fee-for-services receivables, revenue and other income
5) Reviews labor distribution to ensure it is in line with program and grant budgets. Assists the VP of FPNA on portfolio related position control
6) Reviews general ledger to ensure proper recording and allocation of the expenses for programs in their portfolio. Collaborates with Finance and Program teams to make necessary adjustments as needed.
7) Assists on contract renewals and program budgets preparations; assists on program fiscal model projections
8) Works with Development team to support fee-for-services program grant applications, grant budgets and budget modifications, as well as other reports.
9) Under the supervision of VP of FPNA, prepares variety of financial reports and analysis to support program operations and senior management decision making
10) Assists with government contract voucher preparation and submission to the funding sources, budget and budget modification preparation and submission
11) Assists with monthly contract and program variance report preparations
12) Assists with funder audits and annual year-end audit under the supervision of VP of FPNA
13) Performs special projects as needed

QualificationsEducation and Experience Requirement(s)
Applicant must have a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance or relevant field combined with commensurate experience; Master’s degree desirable. At least two (2) years of experience in a finance or accounting role in not for profit or for profit setting.

Our Life is Precious™ Program, which opened in 2008, provides non-clinical services to girls’ ages 12 to 17 in the Bronx, Brooklyn, Queens, Manhattan, Poughkeepsie, Yonkers, Hempstead, and Amsterdam. Activities include academic support, creative arts therapies, music lessons, wellness activities and concrete family services, are designed to reduce the risk factors associated with Latina adolescent suicide.
