BangkokThe Revenue Assurance Specialist plays a critical role in protecting the company’s revenue by ensuring end-to-end accuracy, completeness, and control across the Order-to-Delivery-to-Billing-to-Revenue Recognition lifecycle.
• Act as a key control function to safeguard revenue integrity across the end-to-end Order-to-Cash lifecycle.
• Serve as a coordination point between Commercial, Operations, Delivery and Finance to ensure revenue is realized accurately and on time.
• Provide independent validation of delivery completion, customer acceptance, and billing readiness.
• Enable predictable and compliant revenue recognition through strong operational controls and governance.
• Support management with reliable revenue assurance insights, analysis, and reporting.
• Ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency of order, delivery, billing, and revenue-related data in accordance with approved policies and governance frameworks.
• Perform detailed validation of customer acceptance, service handover, and delivery closure documentation to support timely revenue recognition.
• Monitor and analyze Order-to-Cash performance to identify revenue risks, delays, discrepancies, and potential leakage.
• Coordinate with Finance, Sales, Delivery, and Operations teams to resolve revenue and billing issues efficiently and sustainably.
• Maintain revenue assurance dashboards, reports, and variance analyses for management and executive review.
• Support internal audits, financial reviews, and compliance assessments related to revenue processes and controls.
• Identify root causes of revenue issues and contribute to corrective and preventive actions.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to strengthen revenue controls, reduce cycle time, and enhance operational efficiency.
