Job Description

IN A NUTSHELL

We are looking for a commercially driven and detail-oriented Revenue & Distribution Specialist to join our Singapore team. In this regional role, you will support a portfolio of independent hotels across Asia Pacific and Greater China by optimizing revenue performance, managing distribution channels, and ensuring seamless connectivity across commercial systems. You will also provide day-to-day coordination support for assigned hotel partners, working closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to drive commercial success.

TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES

Key Responsibilities Revenue & Distribution

  • Support affiliated hotels in optimizing revenue performance through pricing, inventory, and distribution strategies.
  • Manage and monitor distribution channels, including OTAs, GDS, brand.com, wholesalers, CRS, and channel managers.
  • Ensure rate parity, inventory accuracy, and content consistency across all distribution platforms.
  • Coordinate the onboarding of newly affiliated hotels into CRS, distribution, and connectivity platforms.
  • Resolve connectivity, mapping, and availability issues in collaboration with hotels and distribution partners.
  • Monitor booking trends, channel production, market demand, and competitor performance.
  • Prepare regular commercial and distribution reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Support promotional campaigns, rate loading, and revenue strategy execution.
  • Collaborate with internal commercial teams on revenue optimization initiatives and regional projects.
  • Maintain strong relationships with distribution and technology partners.

Account Coordination

  • Provide day-to-day coordination support for assigned hotel accounts.
  • Coordinate internal follow-up on hotel requests and commercial initiatives.
  • Support the preparation of presentations, reports, and business review materials.

EXPERIENCE & MINDSET

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business, Revenue Management, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in hotel revenue management, distribution, e-commerce, or channel management.
  • Strong understanding of hotel distribution systems, CRS, channel managers, OTAs, and revenue management principles.
  • Experience supporting hotel system implementations and connectivity platforms is an advantage.
  • Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel proficiency.
  • Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluency in English and Mandarin to support Mandarin-speaking hotel partners and stakeholders.
