Job Description
What We Need
Corpay is seeking a Revenue Analytics, Sr. Analyst to join the North American Fuel business team within our US Vehicle Payments organization. Based in our Atlanta (Buckhead) office, this role will be a key contributor to financial planning and analysis for the line of business, including variance analysis, short- and long-term forecasting, and budgeting. The Sr. Analyst will structure and analyze complex financial, business, and customer data to drive insights that optimize product pricing, revenue performance, and fee strategy across our fuel portfolio. The ideal candidate is comfortable in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment, builds credibility quickly with cross-functional partners, and brings the technical discipline to hit the ground running on day one.
How We Work
As a Revenue Analytics, Sr. Analyst you will be expected to work in a hybrid environment. Corpay will set you up for success by providing:
• Assigned workspace in Atlanta, GA
• Company-issued equipment
• Hands-on training
Role Responsibilities
• Monitoring monthly business and financial performance, leading variance analysis, and explaining results from a business perspective
• Owning financial planning and analysis for the line of business, including rolling forecasts, annual budgets, and revenue target setting
• Building forecasts and models for key fuel metrics — gallons, fuel spend, non-fuel spend, and fuel prices — that inform business strategy
• Forecasting revenue drivers including interchange rates and earnings, fee rates, interest charges, late fees, and card program fees
• Conducting quantitative and qualitative analysis on complex business questions and translating findings into actionable recommendations
• Building and maintaining critical KPI reports that help business leaders stay ahead of trends, risks, and upside opportunities
• Developing financial models to support acquisition decisions, new customer pricing, and product strategy
• Running ad hoc revenue projects end-to-end — pulling data from SQL, modeling in Excel, and presenting results to leadership via email, PowerPoint, or live presentation
• Owning day-to-day revenue operations and standard recurring reports across monthly and quarterly cycles
• Partnering with cross-functional teams to identify, structure, and execute revenue improvement initiatives
Qualifications & Skills
• 2–4 years of experience in an analytics or finance role, preferably in financial services or a revenue analytics environment
• Bachelor’s degree required (Accounting, Finance, Economics, Analytics, or related fields preferred); Master’s degree preferred
• Demonstrated experience in financial modeling — able to hit the ground running on real business problems rather than being trained from scratch
• Advanced proficiency in Excel is critical (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, SUMIF, data cleaning, summarization); approximately 50% of the role lives in Excel
• Working SQL knowledge, including SELECT statements and joins
• Strong PowerPoint skills for communicating insights to leadership; Tableau and Alteryx a plus
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly and concisely
• Comfort with ambiguity, ability to break broad objectives into tactical goals, and capacity to shift priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, with proven ability to manage relationships and present to leaders across the organization
• Self-motivated, able to manage deadlines independently with minimal supervision
Benefits & Perks
• Medical, dental, and vision benefits
• 401(k) with company match
• Paid time off and company holidays
• Hybrid work model
• Career development and learning opportunities
