VertexOne is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Revenue Analyst II to support the effectiveness and scalability of our revenue organization. This role will partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, and Revenue Operations leadership to deliver reporting, forecasting insights, process improvements, and data governance that drive revenue growth.
The ideal candidate is passionate about data, reporting, process optimization, and helping business leaders make informed decisions. This individual will play a critical role in maintaining CRM data integrity, supporting forecasting activities, analyzing pipeline performance, and providing actionable business insights across the revenue lifecycle.

Essential Job Duties:
Reporting & Analytics
• Develop, maintain, and enhance reports, dashboards, and KPIs across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.
• Analyze pipeline health, sales performance, conversion metrics, and revenue trends.
• Support executive reporting and business reviews with actionable insights.
• Identify patterns, risks, and opportunities to improve revenue performance.
• Build and maintain client health and at-risk account reporting in partnership with Customer Success.
Forecasting & Pipeline Management
• Assist with weekly, monthly, and quarterly forecasting processes.
• Monitor pipeline coverage, deal progression, and stage movement.
• Identify forecasting risks and provide recommendations to leadership.
• Support forecast preparation and revenue planning activities.
CRM Administration & Data Quality
• Maintain data accuracy and consistency within Salesforce, DealHub, and related systems.
• Perform regular audits to ensure CRM hygiene and compliance with established processes.
• Support user adoption and process adherence through documentation and training.
• Assist with field management, reporting structures, workflow updates, and system enhancements.

Revenue Process Improvement
• Evaluate current revenue processes and identify opportunities for efficiency improvements.
• Document and maintain revenue-related workflows and standard operating procedures.
• Support implementation of process enhancements across the go-to-market organization.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to improve operational effectiveness.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Product, and Customer Success teams to align reporting and business processes.
• Support strategic projects involving revenue growth, customer expansion, and operational scalability.
• Assist with planning cycles, territory analysis, quota support, and performance measurement
• Track and report on MQL-to-SQL conversion and handoff quality between Marketing and Sales.
Business Intelligence & Automation
• Create and maintain dashboards using BI and reporting tools.
• Support automation initiatives to reduce manual reporting and data entry.
• Leverage AI tools such as Claude, alongside broader analytics tools, to improve reporting efficiency and business visibility.

Job Requirements/Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Business Operations, Finance, Analytics, or related functions.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, formulas, and data analysis.
• Experience working with CRM and revenue tech platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, and DealHub.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications
• Experience supporting a B2B SaaS organization.
• Knowledge of revenue operations concepts, forecasting, pipeline management, and sales performance metrics.
• Understanding of SaaS metrics including ARR, NRR, churn, retention, and pipeline coverage.
• Familiarity with sales qualification methodologies such as MEDDIC or MEDDPICC.
• Experience utilizing AI-powered productivity and reporting tools.

• Improve data quality and CRM compliance.
• Deliver accurate and timely revenue reporting.
• Increase forecasting reliability.
• Improve visibility into pipeline health and revenue performance.
• Reduce manual reporting efforts through automation.
• Support scalable revenue operations processes across the organization.
Location
• Remote – United States
• Limited travel for planning sessions, team meetings, and company events.
Reporting Relationship
• Reports to: Director of Revenue Operations.
This version is aligned to the Revenue Operations model discussed internally, emphasizing forecasting, pipeline governance, CRM discipline, reporting, and cross-functional business support rather than pure sales administration
