The Revenue Analyst II supports the Revenue Cycle Management function by ensuring accurate setup, maintenance, and governance of customer contracts, projects, and revenue plans within Workday. This role is responsible for maintaining high data integrity across revenue-related records and plays a key role in enabling accurate revenue recognition and reporting.
The position partners closely with Billing, Finance, Project Managers, and other internal stakeholders to ensure correct financial configuration, investigate and resolve data discrepancies, and support day-to-day revenue operations. Core responsibilities include configuring contract and project data in Workday, creating and allocating revenue plans, analyzing variances in time and employee data, and supporting timesheet compliance.
In addition, the Revenue Analyst II contributes to employee training related to Workday revenue processes, supports internal process improvement initiatives, and serves as a subject-matter resource for cross-functional partners. The role requires strong attention to detail, problem-solving capability, system proficiency, and effective cross-team communication, while consistently contributing to a collaborative and positive team environment.

Financial contract parameters – creating revenue plans, rate sheets, and pricing grids in Workday
Qualifications (Minimum Required):
Bachelor in Economics, Finance, Accounting
Experience (Minimum Required):
2–3 years of experience in a similar role within a global company.
Industry experience is considered an advantage.
