Job Description



• Analyze demand patterns, pricing strategies, and revenue performance for rooms, function space, and Food & Beverage (F&B) outlets across participating hotels.

• Support inventory control processes, including report preparation, performance analysis, and evaluation of sales strategy effectiveness.

• Maintain and optimize revenue optimization systems and processes to ensure accurate forecasting, pricing, and revenue optimization across all revenue streams.

• Leverage analytical tools and systems to drive data-informed decisions that maximize total hotel revenue and profitability.

• Support F&B revenue initiatives through performance tracking, demand analysis, and alignment with overall hotel revenue strategies.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

Education and Experience

• 2-year graduate degree from an accredited university in Business Administration, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major; 2 years’ experience in the business, sales and marketing, management operations, or related professional area preferred.

CORE WORK ACTIVITIES

• Assist in the management of rooms inventory to maximize cluster rooms revenue, as well as maintain accuracy of information and enhance

• Support the management of rooms inventory to maximize cluster revenue, while ensuring data accuracy and driving automation improvements within reservation systems.

• Assist in preparing competitive analyses and supporting materials for Sales Strategy meetings, enabling informed decision-making.

• Execute rate loading in a timely and accurate manner to ensure offers are bookable across all distribution channels, while maintaining rate parity.

• Support the management of room authorizations, pricing, and inventory restrictions, including clear communication of strategies and updates.

• Perform month-end Revenue Management reporting and auditing, providing forward-looking insights to support forecasting, identify opportunity areas, and align financial expectations.

• Generate, maintain, and update revenue reports accurately, serving as a key source of analytical insights for the Management team.

• Support banquet and F&B revenue management, including monitoring catering pace, analyzing booking trends, and optimizing pricing and space utilization for events and function space.

• Assist in outlet revenue optimization by analyzing dine-in demand patterns, average spend, table turn efficiency, and promotional effectiveness to drive revenue growth across restaurant outlets.

• Provide insights on F&B segmentation, peak period pricing, and demand shifts to support overall hotel revenue strategy integration.

• Assist in system maintenance activities, including setting rate hurdles, monitoring demand forecasts, updating group projections, and conducting daily system checks.

• Support the training and onboarding of new associates on Revenue Management tools and systems.

• Assist in executing hotel sales strategies within reservation and inventory systems to optimize revenue performance across rooms and F&B streams.

• Carry out additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.
