We are looking for an amazing Revenue Analyst to fill this role, which is based in our Seattle office. The Revenue Analyst plays a key role within the Revenue Management team by supporting pricing, forecasting, and inventory decisions that drive overall business performance. This role focuses on analyzing data, identifying trends, and providing insights that help optimize revenue across assigned portfolios. The Analyst collaborates closely with cross‑functional teams, including pricing strategy and commercial operations, to ensure decisions are grounded in accurate, timely analysis. Responsibilities include monitoring performance against targets, highlighting risks and opportunities, and preparing clear, actionable reporting for stakeholders. The role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to gather and translate data into meaningful recommendations that support the organization’s revenue goals.

Responsibilities
Support pricing and inventory optimization across assigned portfolios to help maximize revenue performance.
Contributes to revenue‑generating initiatives in collaboration with the Pricing Strategy team.
Analyze and interpret data to produce actionable insights and reporting that support strategic decision-making.
Evaluate occupancy, channel performance, and sourcing trends to identify risks and opportunities across the portfolio.
Collaborates with the Revenue Performance team on behalf of the individual's portfolio to identify voyages for future marketing assets.
Performs other duties as assigned
Requirements
Minimum Bachelor's Degree in related field, such as Economics, Business or Mathematics
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including advanced Excel skills; strong ability to structure and analyze data
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Experience in SQL/ Tableau / Power BI
Helpful to have working knowledge of computerized yield/revenue management and database management systems
Ability to apply analytical skills, meet deadlines and maintain attention to detail and accuracy
0 to 3 years in revenue management, market planning or commercial analysis
Prior cruise or travel industry experience a plus
Base Salary Range: $70000-80,200/year . The range is applicable for the labor market where the role is intended to be hired. Final base salary is directly related to each candidates' qualifications and experience uniquely.
This position is considered Hybrid and follows the Company’s schedule of four days in the office per week (Monday – Thursday)
