Job Description

Cordia Resources is seeking a detail-oriented Staff Accountant. This role will focus on revenue recognition, billing, and supporting the month-end close process. The ideal candidate will have strong general ledger accounting experience and a solid background in revenue and billing operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform monthly revenue recognition.
  • Manage client billing processes accurately and timely.
  • Prepare and post journal entries for month-end close.
  • Perform general ledger account reconciliations.
  • Assist in variance analysis and financial reporting as needed.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to resolve discrepancies and improve billing and revenue workflows.
  • Support audits and provide requested documentation.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Revenue and billing experience a plus
  • Strong understanding of general ledger accounting and month-end close procedures.
  • Proficiency with ERP accounting systems and Excel.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and analytical skills.
