Working at a site and project level, you’ll partner with contractors and internal teams to ensure offset commitments are delivered safely, efficiently and to a high ecological standard, while meeting regulatory and performance requirements.

Your Role in Action

  • Develop and maintain revegetation plans aligned to offset requirements and approval conditions.

What Makes You a Great Fit

  • Bachelor’s Degree in environmental science, ecology, natural resource management, conservation and land management or related discipline.

  • Experience using GIS and/or field data collection tools to manage sites, monitoring data and reporting outputs.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills, including managing contractors and engaging landholders and internal delivery teams.
  • Working knowledge of environmental approvals/conditions and the practical requirements of environmental offsets (including record keeping and compliance evidence).
  • Demonstrated ability to plan and undertake fieldwork safely, including risk assessment and working in remote/variable conditions as required.
