The National Revaluation Manager is critical role within the New Zealand leadership team with responsibility for overseeing the delivery of revaluations and complex roll maintenance for our customers.
This role ensures that all valuation outputs meet regulatory standards, company policies, and industry best practices – and ensure the Opteon NZ processes provide confidence, insight and value for our customers.
It plays a critical role in maintaining the integrity and accuracy of valuation outcomes through the development and refinement of methodologies, validation of models and data sources, and resolution of discrepancies.
The role supports operational efficiency by implementing automated and streamlined processes, mentoring valuation teams, particularly in the Commercial and Industrial sector and driving continuous improvement.
Delivery of a successful revaluation requires quality and timely roll maintenance, and this role will work closely with the Head of Quality Assurance – Valuations to ensure robust methodologies, processes and mentoring of junior staff.
It ensures compliance with relevant legislation, manages valuation-related risks, and maintains robust documentation and audit trails. Effective communication with stakeholders including clients, auditors, and internal teams is essential to support transparency and confidence in valuation practices.
