Returns Manager

Daily Responsibilities:

• Oversee returns and SEIDS warehousing daily operations
• Work closely delivery contractors, returns personnel and transportation manager to ensure all return SKU’s and manifests are accounted for
• Ensure safety processes and procedures are met or exceeded
• Work with client warehouse leadership to investigate Not on truck and delivery claims
• Ability to inspire and recruit team members, providing training as needed
• Manage and monitor performance metrics
• Work with all levels of management to build a positive work environment and improve team morale
• Manage department personnel needs including hiring, terminations, performance coaching, and annual reviews

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years warehouse management experience
• Microsoft Office Suite experience, moderate excel
• Able to communicate well with all levels of management, exceptional interpersonal skills
• Detail oriented- department failures can cause inaccurate contractor/client claims
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, delivering accurate and consistent results
