By joining our high performing Workers Compensation team in Melbourne, you will be part of a fast-paced environment dedicated to providing outstanding service innovative thinking and return to work support.

About the role

You’ll deliver care people can count on by:

• Creating a positive, supportive experience for injured workers through respectful, trauma‑informed communication
• Setting clear expectations and building motivation for recovery and return to work through regular, meaningful engagement
• Partnering closely with employers to strengthen their understanding, participation, and confidence in the RTW process
• Building strong relationships with case managers and providing timely updates on claim and RTW progress
• Improving recovery and return‑to‑work outcomes through early, sustainable RTW strategies
• Ensure fair, timely access to income entitlements and supportive return‑to‑work practices, as reflected in WorkSafe Victoria worker survey.
• Managing claims in line with WorkSafe Recovery and Return to Work Program requirements to achieve strong performance return outcomes for the employer

About you

You’re calm, compassionate, and confident in complex situations, and you bring care into every conversation.

You’ll bring:

• Experience working within a workers’ compensation environment
• A collaborative approach and ability to work effectively within a team
• Familiarity with MS Office products, Novus, and Acction
• Strong organisational and time management skills, work ethic, and attention to detail
• Excellent customer service skills, including confidence handling sensitive or challenging conversations
• An understanding of trauma informed communication and the ability to balance empathy with professional boundaries
• A genuine interest in leveraging emerging technologies to improve outcomes in a digital environment
• A passion for leveraging emerging technologies to stay ahead in a rapidly evolving digital landscape
