Purolator is seeking a Co-Op Student to support the Return-to-Work team (disability management of occupational claims). This is a great opportunity for an individual currently enrolled in a post-secondary institution studying Human Resources, including administration, looking to grow their experience.

The role will consist of handling a variety of administrative tasks while providing support to the Return-to-Work team and employees regarding disability management-related activities, processes, strategies, and procedures.

Responsibilities

  • Reporting of CNESST/WCB claims
  • Preparation of forms and documents for the management of CNESST/WCB claims
  • Answer calls and emails
  • Entry and maintain data in the system
  • Work closely with internal partners to communicate information
  • Review and track workplace injuries in the case management system
  • Send and receive the various correspondences to the CNESST/WCB
  • Review and gather documentation from internal partners
  • Other related duties.

Experience

  • MS Office proficiency
  • Advanced organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple assignments
  • Strong communication skills
  • Able to travel to the office when required
  • Work in compliance with the provisions of the Occupational Health & Safety Act
  • Creative mindset, thinks outside the box and passionate about the employee experience
  • Fluency in French is Required.
