Candidates should have a basic understanding of scheduling engineering and manufacturingeventsusing Boeing scheduling processes and tools.

This role presents an exceptional opportunity to work in the Retrofit Change Board (RCB), which is dedicated todeveloping retrofit change incorporation plans forretrofitting thecustomers’fleetfor all BCAmodels in production and out of production. Thisincludesintegratingproduction incorporation,Warrantee decisions,Kitting definitionandkitpartordering, along withService Bulletin(SB) and Service Bulletin validationand Fleet and Program priorities As amember of our team, you will have the chance to immerse yourself in how BCA integrates withBoeing Global Services (BGS)process and toolsaswell asBoeing Defense and Space (BDS)as applicable.

PositionResponsibilities:

  • Works with others to integrate product/process change requirements and documentchanges in change incorporation plans in manufacturingand retrofitenvironments

  • Reviews and analyzes metricsto ensure compliance of product definition change with regulatory requirements

  • Reviewstechnical statements of work to ensure accurate description of change

  • Monitors’compliance with change incorporation plans and develops recovery plans as needed

  • Works undergeneraldirection

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • 1+ years of experience with change managementorbaseline management

  • 1+ years of experience leading or managing projects that involve cross-functional teams

  • 1+ years of experience communicating, collaborating, and building consensus withinternal and external stakeholders

  • 1+ years of experience multi-tasking and working in a team environment

  • Computer proficiency includingMicrosoft OfficeSuite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • 3+ years related work experience orand equivalent combination of education andexperience

  • 1+ years of experienceutilizingtools (IBEXand/orACMS,Redars,ETAC)

  • 1+ years experience inengineering design, manufacturing engineering,and/orretrofit engineeringor processes`

  • Familiarizationwith (PDM or Enovia,SAP, Bobcat)

  • Ability to understand the big pictureand inter-relationships of different positions and activities in the system, including the impact of changes in one area on another area.

  • Ability to create executivesummaries, presentationsand communicatekey pointswith management

Level 2: $77,350 - $104,650

Level 3: $96,050 - $129,050
