Job Description

A leader in dental implant technologies is seeking an organized and detail-oriented Returns & Complaint Representative to their dynamic team. This is an 8-week temporary assignment

Responsibilities:

  • Opening returned product
  • Logging received dates on each printed Return Authorization
  • Bagging product by part and lot #
  • Noting any discrepancies on each RA in the computer
  • Marrying up warrantied items with the complaint records and filing it in the appropriate date for processing

Requirements:

  • Basic to moderate computer skills
    • word, data entry
  • Previous clerical experience in a general office environment
  • Customer focused attitude
  • Ability to work in a team environment and not afraid to ask questions

Pay is $17.50 per hour and is a contract to hire opportunity. The hours are 8-5 Monday-Friday onsite.
