We're looking for a Retentions Specialist to join our Network Billed Mobile team, playing a pivotal role in protecting and growing revenue across our partner portfolio. This isn't a traditional renewals role. You'll use insights, data, and strategic thinking to identify potential risks before they become problems, helping our partners retain customers, maximise opportunities, and stay ahead of the competition.

As a Retentions Manager, you'll work closely with Partner Managers, Account Directors, and key stakeholders to create and deliver proactive retention strategies that drive long-term success.

What you’ll be doing

• Managing a forward-looking retention pipeline to identify revenue risks and opportunities before contracts expire.
• Developing partner-specific retention plans that reduce churn and increase customer lifetime value.
• Analysing customer and partner data to uncover trends, renewal opportunities, and potential risks.
• Providing valuable retention insights and commercial recommendations to support partner reviews and account planning.
• Identifying at-risk accounts and implementing targeted retention activities.
• Collaborating with Sales, Product, Support, and other internal teams to resolve issues and improve customer outcomes.
• Monitoring competitor activity and market trends to help shape retention strategies.
• Maintaining accurate CRM records, forecasting, and reporting to support business performance.

Your Experience

• Some experience in account management, customer retention, partner management, or channel sales.
• Strong analytical ability and confidence using CRM systems, reporting tools, and data to support decision-making.
• Experience turning customer and commercial insights into practical actions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong commercial awareness with an understanding of revenue protection, customer retention, and growth strategies.
