• Have time management, communication, and computer skills
• Self-management skills: integrity, disciplined, and organized
• Have knowledge of the plant’s different departments
• Be able to do all jobs in the Breast DeBone Department and train new hires to correctly and safely work their assigned position.
• Feel comfortable speaking to groups, large and small, and individuals on the phone and in person.
• Willing to work overtime when needed.
