Key Responsibilities

  • Track andmaintainaccuraterecords of retention samples for testing and validation

  • Perform routine inventory counts and reconciliation of retention samples

  • Generate and analyze reports on material consumption and inventory impact

  • Monitor and clean COGI backlog; take corrective actions to keep it under control

  • Ensure data accuracy in SAP related to inventory movements and sample tracking

  • Collaborate with Quality, Manufacturing, and Warehouse teams to ensure proper handling and traceability of samples

  • Support audits and compliance activities related to inventory and sample management

  • Identifydiscrepancies and provide root cause analysis with corrective actions

  • Maintainorganized documentation aligned with batch records and inventory control practices

Required Qualifications & Skills

Language

  • Spanish: Preferred

  • English: Basic/Optional

Technical Skills

  • Working knowledge of SAP (inventory management, COGI, material movements).

  • Proficiencyin Microsoft Excel (data tracking, basic analysis, reporting)

Functional Knowledge

  • Manufacturing processes

  • Batch records

  • Inventory control principles

Communication Skills

  • Effective verbal and written communication

  • Ability to communicate across multiple channels (phone, email, chat)

  • Strong coordination with cross-functional teams

Experience (Recommended)

  • Previousexperience in warehouse, manufacturing, or inventory control roles preferred

  • Exposure to regulated environments (medical, pharma, or similar) is a plus
