HOW YOU'LL MAKE YOUR MARK:

• Be the first point of contact for customers via phone, email and web chat

• Help retain and grow our subscriber base by identifying opportunities to save, upsell and cross-sell

• Understand customer needs and recommend the right NZME products and services

• Resolve customer issues and queries with a focus on delivering great outcomes

• Build strong customer relationships that drive loyalty and long-term engagement

• Complete end-to-end sales and subscription processes accurately and efficiently

• Work closely with teams across sales, distribution and finance to enhance the customer experience

• Use reporting and customer insights to identify opportunities and improve results

• Experience in customer service, customer retention, contact centre or sales environments
