David Kennedy Recruitment is working with an FX broker who offers online CFD trading on FX, crypto, oil, metals, shares, and indices and seeking to onboard French speaking Retention Agent to join their team in Limassol.

Position: Retention Agent

Location: Limassol, Cyprus

Work model: on site

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage and retain a portfolio of clients

• Build strong, long-term relationships with clients via phone and email

• Drive deposits, re-deposits, and trading activity

• Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products and services

• Provide market insights and platform guidance to clients

• Meet and exceed KPIs and revenue targets

• Maintain accurate records using CRM systems

• Collaborate with internal teams including compliance and support.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Native / fluent in French with outstanding communication skills. Fluent in English (minimum B2 level)

• Proven experience as a Retention Agent in a regulated Forex/CFD company

• Excellent closing, negotiation, and objection-handling skills

• Solid understanding of financial markets and trading platforms

• Ability to work under strict regulatory frameworks

• Target-driven with a consistent track record of performance

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills

• Ideally already based in Limassol.
