Job Description

The ideal candidate must possess strong communication skills, with an ability to listen and comprehend information and share it with all the key stakeholders, highlighting opportunities for improvement and concerns, if any. The candidate must be able to work collaboratively with teams to execute tasks within defined timeframes while maintaining high-quality standards and superior service levels. The ability to take proactive actions and willingness to take up responsibility beyond the assigned work area is a plus.

  • Coordinating office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies
  • Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary
  • Supervising administrative staff and dividing responsibilities to ensure performance
  • Provide general overall facility management services including continuous monitoring of vendor services
  • Manage & maintain facility management tasks as assigned.
  • Ensures security and emergency preparedness procedures are implemented properly.
  • Assist management and staff with operational reporting, , purchasing as necessary
  • Asset Management of all Assets along with taking care of those assets with timely preventive maintenance
  • Ensures that the facility is clean and maintained according to company policy and procedures.
  • Knowledge of AMC and vedor management
  • Handles general accounting tasks, such as accounts payable, payroll, petty cash, and budgeting.
  • Meeting rooms management along with Managing Housekeeping activities. Keeping track of all stationery requirements
  • Conducts and documents regular facilities inspections.
  • Checks completed work by vendors and contractors.
  • Recommends maintenance, mechanical, electrical, and facility design modifications.
  • Communicates workplace safety precautions to employees.
  • Bachelor's degree with 3+ years of experience.
  • Should be an effective communicator and team/task manager
  • Soft skills in terms of training, leadership and understanding of teams' problems
  • Sense of ownership is a must to drive and work with a sense of urgency
