Job Description

  • Act as the first point of contact for employee queries and concerns, ensuring timely resolution or escalation.
  • Support handling of employee grievances and assist in investigation and documentation.
  • Coordinate and track Performance Improvement Plans (PIP) for employees.
  • Assist in conducting engagement activities and team connect initiatives.
  • Support execution of performance appraisal processes and goal-setting cycles.
  • Maintain HR trackers (grievances, PIP, exits, etc.) with accuracy and real-time updates.
  • Conduct or coordinate exit interviews and ensure proper documentation.
  • Assist in implementation of career development and employee growth programs.
  • Ensure compliance with HR policies and support audits or checks when required.
  • Prepare and share HR reports and dashboards with stakeholders regularly.
  • Graduate or MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or related field.
  • 1+ years of experience in HRBP/HR Generalist role.
  • Basic understanding of employee relations, performance management, and HR operations.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and HR reporting tools.
  • High attention to detail, confidentiality, and willingness to learn and grow in HRBP role.
