Job Title

Retail/Workplace Designer (6 month fixed term))The role is responsible to perform project design support functions, create and develop occupancy plans, prepare test fits, concept design, single line drawings and other project definition documentation. Develop planning and design thru BIM software, Autodesk Revit in particular.

About the Role:

• Provide design support by preparing occupancy plans, test fits, concept designs, and project documentation
• Develop, maintain, and optimize BIM/Revit models in alignment with project standards and workflows
• Create BIM templates, families, and support automation of BIM processes
• Produce and update design documentation, including legacy CAD drawings and building layout revisions
• Collaborate and deliver project outputs on time, ensuring accuracy, quality, and adherence to requirements

About you

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or Architecture
• Minimum of 3 years’ relevant experience in Architecture or Interior Design
• Proficiency in BIM software, especially Autodesk Revit
• Strong understanding of technical/graphic standards and interpreting drawings or specifications
• Ability to meet deadlines and work independently or collaboratively
